ASUS MeMo Pad was announced as a budget 7 inch Android powered tablet retailing for $149. It resembles the ASUS created Nexus 7, yet without all the muscle under the hood. The tablet runs on Andriod 4.1 Jelly Bean, has a 7 inch display (at 1024×600, 170ppi resolution), just like the Nexus 7 there is no rear camera- only front-facing that’s 720p capable, but unlike the Nexus 7 it does have an SD card slot for up to 32GB of additional storage- after choosing between a 8 or 16GB base model. The ASUS MeMo Pad comes in three colors; Sugar White, Titanium Gray and Cherry Pink.
